The 12-Week Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan

Weeks 1-4

We begin with the 28-Day Elimination and Detoxification Program. Healing can only take place after your food intolerances have been identified and removed from your diet.

Weeks 5-12

Your body is free of toxins, and you are feeling better than you have in a long time.

Now you need to know how to create a new lifestyle that includes foods that make you look and feel fantastic and are easy to prepare (or order.)
